Your monogram, your date, your dog, your guests' faces. Printed in seconds on Guinness, espresso martinis and cocktails at your wedding bar. The machine ships to your venue, the bar team plug it in, and the queue for the bar becomes the best photo op of the night.
Sugared almonds get left on the table. A pint with the groom's face on it gets photographed, posted and talked about at every barbecue for the next year.
Load your monogram and a few in-jokes before the day, then let guests print their own selfies through a QR code at the bar. It works on more than Guinness too: espresso martinis, foamed cocktails and coffee all print beautifully, so everyone gets one.
And because the machine ships to your venue and runs itself, there is no supplier to feed, no operator hovering at the bar, and nothing for you to think about on the day.
A £150 booking fee takes your date off the market. The balance and refundable damage deposit are due 60 days before the wedding, so it's sorted long before the busy final weeks.
Up to six designs, at least two weeks before the day. Monogram, date, the dog, an in-joke. We check every one and load them before the machine ships.
Tracked delivery straight to your venue, one or two days ahead of the big day. The bar team plug it in, run one test print, and it sits ready for the first pour.
Guests tap a design or scan the QR code for selfies. Afterwards, the box goes to any local local drop-off point, just show the return QR code we send you. Done.
Curious about the machine itself? The ink, the science, what makes a design print well.

Real prints from recent bookings. Monograms and venue illustrations on the Guinness, guests scanning the QR code to print their own, and the machine quietly stealing the show at the end of the bar.
"The Pint Printer went down an absolute treat, the guests loved it! Thank you so much for everything." Alex Abbott · Wedding, 2026
For most weddings of around 80 to 120 guests, the 400-print package is the sweet spot. The machine prints about 30 to 40 pints an hour at a busy bar, and guests tend to come back for seconds once they have seen the first one. Smaller or shorter celebrations suit 200 prints; big weddings with a long evening do go through 600.
At least two weeks before your wedding. Send up to six designs as PNG, JPG or PDF, at least 1000 pixels wide. Anything with clean lines prints beautifully: monograms, dates, illustrations, even photos. We check every design before it's loaded and will flag anything that won't print well.
Almost nothing. The machine needs a spot on the bar about the size of a small countertop microwave and a standard UK plug socket. It arrives by tracked courier one or two days ahead, the bar team plug it in, and after one test print they're away. No operator, no training session. Most venues have seen nothing like it and love it.
Yes, and it's usually the hit of the night. Guests scan a QR code at the bar, snap or upload a photo, and it prints on their pint seconds later. Expect a queue once the first one does the rounds.
No. Anything with a frothy or creamy head works: Guinness and stout, espresso martinis, foamed cocktails, cappuccinos and lattes. So the espresso martini crowd get printed drinks too, not just the stout drinkers.
A booking fee of 25% of your package secures your date. The balance plus a refundable £300 damage deposit is due 60 days before the wedding. The deposit comes back within seven working days of the machine arriving back to us in good condition. Weddings booked within 60 days of the date are paid in full upfront.
We monitor every shipment in real time and will know before you do if something is delayed. Our phone and WhatsApp support line is live throughout your wedding weekend, and if anything is genuinely beyond fixing on the night, you get a full refund. The risk is ours, not yours.
