A booking fee of 25% of your package confirms your booking and takes your date off the market. It is non-refundable, and it comes off your total.
For weddings and parties, the balance plus a refundable £300 damage deposit is due 60 days before your event. Corporate bookings, and any booking made within 60 days of the event, are paid in full upfront.
The £300 damage deposit is refunded within seven working days of the machine arriving back in good condition. Cosmetic wear and tear is on us. It is also always returned in full if you cancel.

Because prints are what you actually use. Some guests print one pint, others print five. Choosing by prints means you pay for what your event will realistically get through, not a per-head estimate. As a rough guide, the machine prints about 30 to 40 pints an hour at a busy bar.
No hidden ones. The hire price covers everything listed in the packages above. The only other money that changes hands is the refundable £300 damage deposit, held alongside your booking and returned within seven working days of the machine arriving back in good condition.

The cartridge fitted for your event covers your package's print count with headroom built in, so you will not hit a hard stop mid-evening. If you expect a particularly thirsty crowd, choose the next package up or mention it on your enquiry and we will advise.
