Drink Printer Hire · United Kingdom

Hire a drink printer for any drink with a head.

One drink printing machine covers the lot. Logos on lattes, selfies on Guinness, monograms on espresso martinis. We courier it anywhere in the UK with your designs loaded, your staff run it from a touchscreen, and a QR code sends it home.

Couriered UK-wide · Self-serve · Food-safe edible ink · From £395
One machine, every drink

Coffee printer. Cocktail printer. Pint printer.

People search for these as if they were different machines. They are not. The same drink printer lays food-safe edible ink onto any frothy or creamy surface, so a single hire covers the whole drinks list. The ink is flavourless, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher, tested to FDA, EU and SGS food-contact standards.

How hire works

No operator, no staffing bill, no fuss.

Most drink printer hire in the UK comes with an operator and a price tag to match. Ours does not. We built the whole service around shipping you a machine that any member of bar or cafe staff can run after one test print.

01

Send your designs

Logos, monograms, photos or artwork as PNG or JPG. We check every file for contrast and crop, then load up to six designs before the machine leaves us.

02

We courier it to you

Tracked courier to any UK address, arriving one or two days before your event. Ink fitted, designs on the touchscreen, plain-English guide in the box.

03

Your staff print

Pour the drink, sit it in the tray, tap a design. About six seconds a print. Switch on the QR option and guests upload selfies from their phones.

04

Box it, drop it

We send you a return QR code. Show it at any of thousands of local drop-off points within two working days and your £300 damage deposit comes straight back.

Questions

Drink printer hire, answered.

The things people ask before they book. Anything else, the full list is on our FAQ.

Is a drink printer the same as a coffee printer or pint printer?

Yes, it is one machine. A drink printer, coffee printer, latte art printer and pint printer are all the same piece of kit. It lays edible ink onto any drink with a frothy or creamy surface, so the same hire covers your morning lattes and your evening Guinness.

How much does it cost to hire a drink printing machine?

Hire starts at £395 for parties, £495 for weddings and £750 for corporate events, with packages at roughly 200, 400 and 600 prints. Every package includes tracked courier delivery, a QR-code return, a fitted ink cartridge and your designs loaded before it ships. Full details are on our pricing page.

Which drinks work with a drink printer?

Any drink with a frothy or creamy head: lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, hot chocolate, espresso martinis, foamed cocktails, Guinness, stout and Baileys-topped drinks. Flat drinks like lager, wine or prosecco won't hold a print because the ink needs foam to sit on.

Do you send someone to operate the machine?

No, and that's the point. The machine is genuinely self-serve. It arrives with your designs already loaded, your bar or cafe staff plug it in, run one test print and go. Each print takes about six seconds from a touchscreen. That's how we keep hire prices well below attended services.

How does delivery and return work?

We courier the machine by tracked courier, arriving one or two days before your event, always ahead of the big day, anywhere in the UK. Afterwards you box it up with the packaging it came in and drop it at any of thousands of local drop-off points within two working days, showing the return QR code we send you, no label or printing needed.

Can guests print their own photos and selfies?

Yes. Turn on the QR code option and guests scan a code at the bar, upload a selfie from their phone, and watch it print onto their drink. Every upload passes an automatic filter and a quick check by your bar staff before it prints.
